Dade Mold Inspector’s offers 3 levels of inspection services. These levels are used in the Mold Inspection Standard and Protocols used by Certified Mold Inspectors. Services range from an inspection that is requested in specific client defined areas, to a survey of the entire structure that may uncover various problems in your home or business.

Level 1 Mold Inspection The purpose of Limited Mold Sampling is to detect the presence of mold contamination in client defined areas. This service provides a fast economical method to determine if and what types of molds are in that defined area. The limitation of the Limited Mold Sampling service is that other sources of mold may be present in other areas.

Highest Grade Mold Testing Services Offered

Level 2 Mold Inspection This level of Inspection service utilizes a visual assessment of the entire home, identifies “red flags” for mold, and a limited sampling for mold. If “red flags” are found, the client is advised and provided the opportunity for further sampling. The Mold Screen Inspection is the most popular inspection service in real estate transactions and mold remediation.

Level 3 Mold Inspection Clearance Mold Testing is designed to determine the success of remediation efforts. Clearance Mold Testing is provided for those remediated areas within established containment zones.

All testing is done by EMLab; all of our clients will be provided with a report within 24 to 48 hours after inspections are completed.
